Art Earle is the Director for Yarmouth County.  He is a Captain in the Lake Vaughan Fire Department and has been a member of that Department since his retirement.  He has taken the following training:  Firefighter Level 1, Certified Emergency Vehicle Operator, Hazardous Material Operations Level 1, Pump Operator, Fire Officer Level 1.  Art is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and during his working career spent 5 years with the Bank of Nova Scotia and 30 years with the Federal Government, Customs and Excise with the last 16 in various management positions at the Regional Office in Halifax.
