Lloyd Currie started his fire service career in 1995 as a volunteer in Fall River NS. Moving up through the ranks he held many different positions and he became Chief in 2001. In 2007 he was hired by Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Services where he was the Executive Officer for 2½ years and is currently working in the capacity as a District Chief.
